1- First click on the Link:- https://www.xmedia-recode.de/en/download_64bit.php as this will take you to the download page of XMedia Recode and then click on 64-Bit-Download.
2- Once the download completes, click on the file to open it.
3- Now, open the File.
4- Select the MKV File and then Click on the Open Button.
5- Set the Format as MP4 and Make Sure that the File Extension is MP4. Make Sure Video and audio are Selected, then Make Sure Audio / Video synchronization is Ticked.
6- Click on the Video Tab and then Select Mode As Copy. Click on the Browse Button.
7- Select The Location You Want To Save MP4 File.

6- Click on the Media button from the top left corner of the screen and then Click on Convert / Save from the drop-down menu.
7- Click on the Add Button.
8- Select the MKV File and then Click on the Open Button.
9- Click on the Convert / Save Button.
10- Select Video – H.264 + MP3 (MP4) From List and then Click on the Settings Button.
11- Click on the Video codec Tab and then Tick the Keep original video track.
12- Click on the Audio codec Tab, and then Tick Keep original video track, and then click on the Save Button.
13- Click on the Browse Button.
14- Type Whatever Name You Want To Type and then Click on the Save Button.
